1. Remain in character at all times.. RP comes first with every situation (If someone breaks that rule play out the rp scenario and then notify Admin or Staff)

2. You must value your life and the lives of others at all times e.g. Being outnumbered, having a weapon pointed at you...

3. Random Deathmatch (RDM) / Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM) is not allowed. You need to have initiated contact with someone at some point and have a reason for harming someone.

4. A maximum of 4 people in a single group can be involved in a hostile situation at any given time. You may have more on the roster, however, they can not partake in activities beyond the count of 4. Drug related activities are considered inherently hostile, and the rule of 4 applies to them. The exception to this rule is any Bank Robbery or Jewlery Heist (Vangelico), where the limit becomes 6 people. Bank Trucks do not count as Bank Robberies.

5. There is a zero tolerance policy for Racism, Bestiality, Erotic Roleplay, Suicide, or Rape RP.

6. At no point are you to exploit or use third party mods/apps in the server. This includes third party communications.

7. No Fail RP (see Guidelines).

8. No Metagaming (see Guidelines).

9. If you become incapacitated and have to respawn at any point in time, you must RP your injuries. If you were brought inside of a doctor's office and respawn, you may remember the events that lead up to your incapacitation, within reason (see Guidelines). If your body is not at a hospital / medical clinic before you respawn, you will not remember the immediate events leading up to you being downed.

10. Hostages must be genuine and not be a willing participant with the hostage takers. Both parties will be found at fault if hostages are not genuine.

11. Toxicity in any form will not be tolerated.

12. Corruption in Whitelisted roles is not allowed unless the story arc is approved by staff. It is important that any potential corruption brings with it a good and meaningful RP story. Further clarification on the definition of corruption can be found in the Rules Clarification section.

13. You may not steal a wheelchair from any other player.

14. Management has final say in all decisions and can take action without a player report.

15. To play a serial killer character you'll need to get the story arc approved by the Admin team. This soft-whitelist is in place to ensure quality roleplay, and to improve pacing with these types of storylines. This does not apply to normal shootings, kidnappings etc, but is specific to serial killer characters who go after locals, or regular players.

1. Ignorance will not be tolerated. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with the rules and community guidelines.

2. Use common sense. If you are not RPing to a standard that is acceptable in the community you will risk losing your Whitelist tag.

3. This is an English speaking server, if you are not a fluent English speaker, this may not be the best place for you as you need to be able to communicate if any issues should arise.

4. No racist/overly sexual names will be allowed. Keep them realistic.

5. Keep the drama away from the server. OOC harassment/sexism/idiocy will not be tolerated.

6. Fail RP includes, but is not limited to, things such as - Abusing Game Mechanics, Dropping items while being cuffed/arrested, Powergaming (RPing outside of your character traits, abusing mechanics, and using means not actually in game to gain an advantage), Excessive Trolling, Forcing Unwanted RP, Sheriff Baiting, Combat Logging, Combat Storing, OOC Chatting/Talking.

7. Metagaming includes, but is not limited to, using knowledge that your character would not know in the server or communicating information through third party places - e.g. steam chats, discord (not including the server discord). You may not watch the stream of somebody playing on JustPMS RP while you yourself are also in-game.

8. If you have to RESPAWN, you should stay away from the area you went down for as long as as you can without affecting RP.

9. You may remember events leading to your incapacitation if you are brought to a hospital / medical clinic and respawn while inside of there. However, you should always roleplay your injuries regardless. For example, if you take a bad fall and bang your head, you may not remember what happened. However, if you were shot in the foot or hit by a car, you may remember those details. This does not apply if you are not at a hospital / medical clinic when you choose to respawn.

10. If you purposefully kill a player, you cannot take them to a hospital / medical clinic so that you can wait for them to get back up to interrogate or continue RP. Just leave them where they lay, or drop them off and leave if you want them to remember the events when they recover.

11. Taking jumps in vehicles with significant drops will be considered NVL (No Value Life).

12. Playing music that is covered under DMCA must be done via these guidelines: COMING SOON

13. You may only use a voice changer if you use this voice changer all the time for that specific character, or if you are using it over the phone.

14. You may only use a parachute when jumping out of an aircraft or helicopter, or for other recreational uses. This means, for example, you should not be using a parachutes as a means of escaping a situation unless you are jumping from an aircraft or helicopter. Using parachutes recreationally is permitted.

15. You may not commit any crime in the 20 minutes leading up to a Server Restart (the NOAA alert can be used as the cut-off point), given that 20 minutes to restart gives very little time for roleplay to fully play out. This includes crimes against players and NPCs (such as robberies). This does not include traffic citations (such as speeding), and does not include crimes that were already in-progress.

In addition, you may not begin a Bank Robbery or Jewelry Heist (Vangelico) in the 45 minutes leading up to a server restart, in order to allow the roleplay of those situations to fully play out in time for the restart.

Medic

You may not be involved in gang related opperations if your are an EMT.(Create another character for that)

1-The server works off of interaction ie: "Press E" and 3rd Eye (hold ALT then use mouse to click)

2-The GPS Marker will disappear when you reach destination, so pay attention during jobs because it will not pop up again.
